We meticulously screen our truck drivers.
We maintain hard copy and electronic DQFs (Driver Qualification Files) and PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) reports for each driver, which we send to our clients prior to dispatch. Be assured that every driver is in DOT compliance and will meet or exceed your hiring criteria.

Do you have drivers with experience with specialized equipment and endorsements?
Yes. We have a vast range of drivers with experience including doubles, flatbed, moffett, dump truck, dump trailer, cement mixer, boom truck, and hazmat and doubles endorsements as well as TWIC cards and mail badges. We are able to quickly find drivers who specialize in equipment that you require and with the endorsements that you require.
How much time do you need to find a driver for my company?
HDL has 24/7 dispatch and we often place drivers within one hour of your request. However, in the summertime we recommend a one-day advance notice. When you call, we will give you an immediate and honest assessment of our drivers’ availability.
Who takes care of the paperwork?
HDL administers payroll, employee records, taxes, insurance policies, benefits, safety meetings, DOT compliance and all HR functions.
I’m nervous about hiring a temporary driver.
We understand. You may interview, road test and apply your own hiring criteria to our drivers. HDL’s driving team is loyal, dedicated and smart. Be assured that you will be assigned a trusted driver who solves your problem.
