Evenings / Nights – Straight time $23/hr, Overtime $34.50hr
Class A with hoisting license, TWIC or a HazMat endorsement

*All dispatches are a minimum of 8 hours. No forced dispatch – no heavy lifting
Tufts Health Insurance – HDL contributes 50% for a single plan and 33% for family health insurance plans. HDL contributes 60% for a single plan after 1 year of employment. HDL full time (30 hrs/wk) employees are eligible for health insurance
Our drivers earn six (6) paid holidays per calendar year, providing that the driver is available to work on the day before and after the holiday and the driver has been an HDL full time (30 hrs/week) employee for three (3) months.
Drivers earn one week vacation after the first year of employment, 2 weeks after three years of employment and 3 weeks after 5 years of employment. Vacation time is based on the average amount of hours worked per week, within 52 weeks.
Drivers accrue one hour of sick leave for every thirty hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of sick leave per year.
