They have excellent clients and treat drivers well They're greatI'm in a long term assignment through HDL with a company that is close to my home and treats me well. When I need to change my schedule and take extra time off, I called HDL and they're very nice about it and they make the arrangements. It seems like they have my back and I have no reason to go anywhere else. Pros: They take care of their drivers Cons: no 401K

My first temp AGENCY So I got a call from them when I was on a layoff. At first I thought it was a scam cause she said I could take days off whenever I wanted and I could refuse or except a job. So after a little investigation I found out they were legit so I gave them a try. Even though I never meet them in person, the was always good to me and kept me working. I worked for them for a year then got hired by one of the companies

Met Wendy at a job fair, she explained everything very clearly. I signed up and she found me a very good job that went from temp to permanent. Pay is excellent and benefits get better every year. I highly recommend HDL as a starting point for employment.
